Your plan, explained.
How does the trial work?
Paid plans include a 14-day trial. A card is required. Your selected billing period starts after the trial unless you cancel.
What counts towards my project limit?
Free: 1 active project. Pro: 6 active projects. Ultimate: unlimited active projects. Active and on-hold projects count; leads, completed and cancelled projects do not.
Can my clients see their job?
Client portal access is included with Pro and Ultimate. Share published updates, documents and decisions from the modules included in your plan.
How does annual billing work?
Monthly is the default. Choose yearly to pay the displayed annual total upfront for twelve months, renewing annually. Any savings shown are calculated from the current monthly price.
Can I cancel or change plans?
Manage your subscription in Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid period. Disabled module data is retained and becomes available when your plan includes it again.
Are there other charges?
Third-party accounts and transaction fees are separate. Each plan shows its currency, tax treatment and whether pricing is per organisation or per active internal user.
